Michael watched R&D lead times go from
2 weeks to 6 weeks while working as an R&D Engineer and Program Manager. He saw how this impacted his customers’ timelines and struggled within the internal system.
He realized that he could better serve these fast-paced R&D teams by starting a new company: BayCath Medical.
Michael has previously worked for both industry-leading contract manufacturers and innovative start-ups, including Tusker Medical (now part of Smith & Nephew), Confluent Medical (formerly NDC), RenalPro Medical, and CathX Medical (now Zeus).
